Integrations and automation
Make your systems
talk to each other.
Orders, stock, invoices and tracking can move between your store, POS, accounting and shipping on their own. No more copying them across by hand.
The platforms
Pick two systems.
See what can move.
Choose where the data starts and where it should end up. We show what usually flows between them, in both directions.

Your integration brief
Tell us which systems you use and what should move between them. We reply with questions, a plan and a quote. If a ready-made app already does the job, we will say so.
Systems: Shopify → Xero Change
Thanks, we have your message.
We will reply by email, usually with a question or two and a next step.
Keep talking on WhatsAppWhat we build
Connections that keep working.
An integration is only useful if you can forget about it. These are the parts that make that possible.
-
Two-way sync
Data moves both ways where it should. A sale in the shop updates the stock count everywhere else.
-
Real-time updates
Webhooks send a change the moment it happens. A scheduled check catches anything a webhook missed.
-
Custom connectors
When no app fits, we write the connector. It follows your rules, not a generic template.
-
Data migration
Moving to a new platform? We bring your products, customers and orders across, and check them.
-
Error alerts and retries
If a system is down, the sync waits and tries again. You get an alert if it still fails.
-
API changes handled
Platforms retire old API versions over time. We update the connection before the old version switches off.
How it works
From brief to live sync.
01
Map
We list every system, field and rule. Then we agree what moves where, and how often.
02
Build
We build the connection with test data first, in sandbox accounts where the platform offers them.
03
Test
You check real orders, invoices and stock side by side before anything goes live.
04
Look after
We watch the logs, fix errors and update the connection when a platform changes its API.
Questions
Integration questions
Every integration is quoted after we see the brief. The price depends on the number of systems, the amount of data and how custom the rules are. Some platforms also charge for API access or apps, and we tell you about those costs up front.
Sometimes, yes. Many platforms have ready-made connectors, like Xero’s own Shopify app. If one does what you need, we will tell you and help you set it up. We build a custom connection when the ready-made ones fall short.
We connect through each platform’s official API, with a separate connection that has only the access it needs. Keys stay on the server, never in the browser. You can switch the connection off at any time.
Platforms retire old API versions on a schedule. Shopify moved new public apps to its GraphQL Admin API in 2025, and NetSuite is phasing out SOAP. We track these changes and update your connection before the old version stops working.
Probably. If the system has an API, webhooks or even a regular file export, we can usually work with it. Name it in the brief and we will check.
No. We ask you to create an API key, an app connection or a separate user for the integration. You stay in control, and you can remove our access without changing your own login.
