Ready for the end of SOAP
Oracle is retiring SOAP web services. 2025.2 is the last SOAP endpoint, and all SOAP calls stop with 2028.2.

NetSuite has no built-in webhooks. We use SuiteScript to send changes out the moment a record is saved.

Concurrency limits respected
Your NetSuite account allows a set number of API requests at once. We queue the sync to stay inside it.

NetSuite questions
It keeps working for now, but not forever. The 2025.2 release is the last SOAP endpoint, new SOAP integrations stop in 2027.1, and all SOAP calls stop in 2028.2. We can move it to REST before then.
Sometimes. The SuiteApp Marketplace has connectors for many platforms, and Shippit has its own NetSuite bundle. We will tell you if one fits before we quote a custom build.
It depends on your service tier: 5 requests at once on Standard, 15 on Premium and 20 on Enterprise and Ultimate. Each SuiteCloud Plus licence adds 10 more.
